This video was created solely as a tribute to one of my favorite films, Stand by Me. The rich characters and narrative, so real and heart-warming, offer us an insight into friendship and the transition we all face as we head into adolescence. River Phoenix's performance in this is one of the best I have seen by any actor, regardless of age. If you haven't experienced the film yet, you should go and rent it now - you won't be disappointed. For fans of the movie, I hope you enjoy this small tribute to one of the greatest films of our time.
